Crown Holder definition
Crown Holder has the meaning as defined in the Rights Agreement.
Crown Holder means Crown, so long as it holds the Sponsor Shares, and any holder of the Sponsor Shares to whom the registration rights conferred by this Agreement have been transferred pursuant to Section 3.2 hereof.
