Crown Material definition

Crown Material means any material provided by or on behalf of the Crown to the Contractor for the purpose of this Agreement including documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means;
Crown Material means any material provided by, or on behalf of, the Crown to the Consultant for the purpose of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means;

  • The Consultant must use Crown Material only under the conditions and limitations to which it is subject.

  • Third party rights in Crown Material The Delegate must inform the Consultant of any Crown Material in which third parties hold the Intellectual Property and any conditions or limitations attaching to the use of that Crown Material as a result of the Intellectual Property.

  • Neither Crown nor any Crown Subsidiary has violated or failed to comply with any statute, law, ordinance, regulation, rule, judgment, decree or order of any Governmental Entity or award to any arbitration applicable to its business, properties or operations, except in each case to the extent that such violation or failure would not reasonably be expected to have a Crown Material Adverse Effect.

  • Evaluation Material shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.3(a).

  • Confidential Material means all information, in any form or medium, known or used by City or an Affiliate of the City which is not known to the general public, including, but not limited to, the know-how, trade secrets, strategic plans, technical information, product information, supplier information, customer information, financial information, marketing information and information as to business opportunities, methods and strategies and research and development of the City and its Affiliates. If and to the extent any Confidential Material is included in any report, assessment, diagram, memorandum or other document or copied or reproduced in any other form or medium, such report, assessment, diagram, memorandum, document or Confidential Material in such other form or medium will be deemed to be Confidential Material.
