Crown Material definition

Crown Material means any material provided by or on behalf of the Crown to the Contractor for the purpose of this Agreement including documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means;
Crown Material means any material provided by, or on behalf of, the Crown to the Consultant for the purpose of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, documents, equipment, information and data stored by any means;

Examples of Crown Material in a sentence

  • The Consultant must use Crown Material only under the conditions and limitations to which it is subject.

  • Third party rights in Crown Material The Delegate must inform the Consultant of any Crown Material in which third parties hold the Intellectual Property and any conditions or limitations attaching to the use of that Crown Material as a result of the Intellectual Property.

  • Consultant must keep Crown Material safe The Consultant is responsible for the safe keeping and maintenance of Crown Material.

  • Supply of documentary evidence If the Delegate so requests, the Consultant must promptly provide to the Crown all Moral Rights consents required by clause 10.7. Crown Material Crown Material remains property of the Crown Crown Material remains the property of the Crown and on the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement the Consultant must immediately return all the Crown Material to the Delegate.

  • Delegate may inspect At all reasonable times, the Consultant must: give to the Delegate, or to any person authorised in writing by the Crown, access to any premises where the Contracted Services are being undertaken; and must allow those persons to inspect the performance of the Contracted Services and any Crown Material, Contract Material or other material relevant to the Contracted Services.

  • Supply of documentary evidence If the Delegate so requests, the Consultant must promptly provide to the Crown all Moral Rights consents required by clause 10.8. Crown Material Crown Material remains property of the Crown Crown Material remains the property of the Crown and on the expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement the Consultant must immediately return all the Crown Material to the Delegate.

  • Upon receipt of notice to terminate this Agreement the Consultant must: stop work as specified by that notice; and take all reasonable steps to minimise loss resulting from the termination and to protect Crown Material and Contract Material.

  • Information Materials has the meaning given that term in Section 9.6.

  • Confidential Material means all information, in any form or medium, known or used by City or an Affiliate of the City which is not known to the general public, including, but not limited to, the know-how, trade secrets, strategic plans, technical information, product information, supplier information, customer information, financial information, marketing information and information as to business opportunities, methods and strategies and research and development of the City and its Affiliates. If and to the extent any Confidential Material is included in any report, assessment, diagram, memorandum or other document or copied or reproduced in any other form or medium, such report, assessment, diagram, memorandum, document or Confidential Material in such other form or medium will be deemed to be Confidential Material.

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Original Material means a material provided by one of the Parties and used in the Research Project.
