Crystal Debt definition
Crystal Debt means the Obligations, as defined in the Crystal Credit Agreement.
Crystal Debt has the meaning given to it in the recitals hereto.

BSN Glasspack Finance has valid ownership of the Crystal Debt, free and clear of all Encumbrances.
All interest on the Crystal Debt through and including December 27, 2002, has either been paid or is included in the amount of the Crystal Debt.
Such Rescheduled Crystal Debt shall be repayable to the holder thereof in three equal annual installments due on December 31 of each year beginning with 2003, and shall not bear interest during such payment period.
