CS Lender Group definition
CS Lender Group means a group consisting of the CS Conduit Lender, the CS Committed Lender and CSNY, as a Funding Agent for such Lenders.

Lender Group means, individually and collectively, each of the Lenders (including the Issuing Lender) and Agent.
