CSC Group definition

CSC Group has the meaning set forth in the Master Separation and Distribution Agreement.

CSC Group means CSC, the CSC Entities and each Entity that becomes a Subsidiary of CSC after the Effective Time.

CSC Group means CSC and each of CSC's Subsidiaries.

More Definitions of CSC Group

CSC Group means CSC and each Person that is or becomes an Affiliate of CSC (other than, after the Distribution, Computer Sciences GS or a Computer Sciences GS Subsidiary).

CSC Group means those Participating Affiliates that 1) have entered into Country Agreement under which such Participating Affiliates are receiving Services from a common Client Service centre and 2) which the Regional Governance Panel agrees should be grouped together for the purposes of Clause 18 (Contract Minimums).

CSC Group means CSC and its subsidiaries from time to time (excluding subsidiary(ies) listed on any stock exchange);

CSC Group means CSC and each of its Subsidiaries, collectively. For the purposes of this Agreement, China Cell Technology Ltd. (f/k/a Stem Cell Technology Ltd.) is a Subsidiary of CSC and part of the CSC Group. Unless the context expressly indicates to the contrary, each reference herein to the CSC Group constitutes a reference to CSC and each other Person that is part of the CSC Group both conjunctively and disjunctively. Any reference herein to a “Person in the CSC Group” refers to CSC and any other entity that is a Person in the CSC Group.

CSC Group means Corporation Service Company (registration number: 0101330) and each of its subsidiaries including, but not limited to, Intertrust Group B.V. and each of Intertrust Group B.V.'s subsidiaries.

CSC Group means any "affiliated group" (as defined in Section 1504(a) of the Code without regard to the limitations contained in Section 1504(b) of the Code) that includes CSC or any predecessor of or successor to CSC (or another such predecessor or successor); (B) the term "CSC TAX" means any Tax imposed on the income, properties or operations of any member of the Company's Group; and (C) the term "CSC TAX RETURN" means any Tax Return of any member of the CSC Group including, without limitation, consolidated federal income tax returns of the CSC Group.
