CSD Manager definition
CSD Manager means the person for the time being appointed by the Bank to hold the office of Manager CSD and any person or persons to whom he may have delegated authority to perform on his behalf any one or more of the acts or functions which he is authorized or required to perform by this Agreement or the CSD Dealing Rules, to the intent that performance by any such person of any such act or function shall be taken as performance thereof by the CSD Manager;

Any notice required to be given hereunder shall be deemed to be duly served if sent by registered or recorded delivery to the Bank of Uganda, P.O. Box 7120 Kampala marked for the attention of the CSD Manager or to such other address as the Bank may notify the CSD Member in writing and in the case of notice to the CSD Member at the address specified in the Schedule or to such other address as the CSD Member may notify the Bank in writing.
