CSEA Rights. CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any other 74 portion of this Agreement: The right of access at reasonable time to unit members during non-work time to areas in which unit members work as specified in the EERA. The right to use without charge institutional bulletin boards, mailboxes, District mail systems, and other District means of communication for the posting or transmission of information or notices concerning CSEA matters in accordance with the law. A copy of any posted or transmitted notice by CSEA shall be provided to the Vice Chancellor of Human Resources. E-mail transmissions shall not be used to advocate for or against political candidates or for political purposes in accordance with District Board Policy 7370 and related administrative regulations, or in furtherance of any activities prohibited by this agreement. The right to use, with approval, and in accordance with applicable college procedures, institutional equipment, facilities, and buildings. The right to review a unit member’s personnel file when accompanied by the unit member or on presentation of a written authorization signed by the unit member. The right to receive, upon request, a copy of any records which are required for the use of the unit member and CSEA in utilizing the grievance procedure. The District shall provide to CSEA the contact information for unit members as a list of the following information, with each field in its own column, for all bargaining unit members within five (5) days of the last payroll date of September, January, and May as follows: 1. First Name; 2. Middle Initial; 3. Last name; 4. Suffix (▇.▇., ▇▇., III); 5. Preferred Name; 6. Job Title; 7. Department; 8. Primary Worksite Name;

CSEA Rights. CSEA shall have the following rights in addition 3 to the rights contained in any other portion of this Agreement: 4 3.1.1 The right to use, without charge, District-designated bulletin 5 boards, mailboxes, the use of the school mail delivery system and email system 6 for legal purposes. Materials placed on bulletin boards and into the District mail 7 system and email system shall bear the name of the Association and the name of 8 the Association official responsible for its preparation. 9 3.1.2 The right to review a unit member's personnel file and any 10 other records dealing with the unit member when accompanied by the member or 11 on presentation of a written authorization signed by the member. 12 3.1.3 Upon request, the CSEA chapter president shall be provided 13 a copy of any current non-confidential material within the Association's scope of 14 representation of members of the Oxnard CSEA bargaining unit including, but not 15 limited to, budget and financial documents which have been presented to the 16 Board of Trustees. 17 3.1.4 CSEA shall have the right of access to the unit members 18 during rest periods, lunch periods, and before and after the work shift, provided 19 that communication with unit members does not interfere with the work of others 20 or of the instructional program. CSEA Rights. CSEA shall have the following rights in addition to the rights contained in any 4 other portion of this Agreement. 5 5.1.1 CSEA shall have the right of access at reasonable times to areas in which the 7 obtained from the supervisor at the worksite. 8 5.1.2 CSEA shall have the right to use without charge institutional bulletin boards, 9 mailboxes, and the use of the school mail system, and other District means of communication for 10 the posting or transmission of information or notices concerning CSEA matters. Copies shall be 11 submitted to the District in advance whenever possible, but in no event later than the time at which 12 general distribution is made via mailboxes, school mail, or other avenues of communication. All 13 materials posted shall contain the date of posting and expiration date and be identified as 14 originating from CSEA. 15 5.1.3 CSEA shall have the right to use without charge institutional facilities at reasonable 16 times for the purpose of meetings concerned with the exercise of the rights guaranteed by the 18 5.1.4 CSEA shall have the right to receive one (1) copy of the agenda, minutes and non- 19 confidential supporting material of regular Board meetings sent and directed to the President of 20 CSEA, Chapter 411.
