CSP CLEARINGHOUSE definition

CSP CLEARINGHOUSE means the proprietary GRIC Communications server software application that provides clearinghouse settlement services for GRICtraveler Software-TM- usage when properly configured. Settlement means generating the correct charging information related to the Settled Traffic (as defined in Sections 9.2 and 9.3 below) and making this information available to SingTel as defined hereunder. CSP Clearinghouse consists of Authentication and Authorization (AAS) servers and Settlement (ARS) servers operated in accordance with EXHIBIT F.

  • Clearinghouse means the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Commercial Driver's License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.

  • Automated Clearing House or “ACH” means a national and governmental organization that has authority to process electronic payments, including, but not limited to, the national automated clearing house association and the federal reserve system.

  • EFT means electronic funds transfer.

  • ACH means automated clearing house transfers.

  • Clearing House means a clearing house recognised by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Shares (or depositary receipts therefor) are listed or quoted on a stock exchange or interdealer quotation system in such jurisdiction.
