  • At the Effective Time, CSC shall cause the Distribution Agent to distribute all of the outstanding shares of CSRA Common Stock then owned by CSC to the Record Holders, and to credit the appropriate number of such shares of CSRA Common Stock to book entry accounts for each such Record Holder or designated Exhibit 2.1 transferee or transferees of such Record Holder.
