CTC Intellectual Property definition
CTC Intellectual Property means all CTC patent rights, trademarks, trade names, copyrights and proprietary information owned, licensed to, or otherwise legally in the possession of CTC related to Product or ACCC Accessories.
CTC Intellectual Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.13(a).
