Cultural adoption definition
Cultural adoption means the permanent transfer of a child or children from one family to another by mutual consent. The adoption and adoptive practices must be recognised as common practice amongst the specific cultural community or the Family Court of Australia. Delegate means an employee who has been delegated or authorised to exercise specified powers and functions, under this agreement, by the Registrar.
