Customization means any customer-specific modification to software that requires changes to the software’s source code.
Water feature means a design element where open water performs an aesthetic or recreational function. Water features include ponds, lakes, waterfalls, fountains, artificial streams, spas, and swimming pools (where water is artificially supplied). The surface area of water features is included in the high water use hydrozone of the landscape area. Constructed wetlands used for on-site wastewater treatment, habitat protection, or storm water best management practices that are not irrigated and used solely for water treatment or storm water retention are not water features and, therefore, are not subject to the water budget calculation.
Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.
Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.
Display fireworks means large fireworks devices that are explosive materials intended for use in fireworks displays and designed to produce visible or audible effects by combustion, deflagration, or detonation, as provided in 27 CFR 555.11, 49 CFR 172, and APA standard 87-1, 4.1.
Model shall refer to a particular brand of Vehicle sold by an OEM (e.g., Taurus, Tahoe, Grand Caravan).
functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.
pseudonymisation means the processing of personal data in such a manner that the personal data can no longer be attributed to a specific data subject without the use of additional information, provided that such additional information is kept separately and is subject to technical and organisational measures to ensure that the personal data are not attributed to an identified or identifiable natural person;
BT Network means the communications network owned or leased by BT and used to provide a Service.
Parameter means a measurable factor of a liquid, gas, or solid such as temperature, pH, length, or elevation, and includes constituents of the liquid, gas, or solid.
Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.
Interoperability means the ability of a CenturyLink OSS Function to process seamlessly (i.e., without any manual intervention) business transactions with CLEC's OSS application, and vice versa, by means of secure exchange of transaction data models that use data fields and usage rules that can be received and processed by the other Party to achieve the intended OSS Function and related response. Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;
Feature means a distinguishable software function included in the Software and as further detailed in Schedule 3 and the Product Handbook. Various Features may be grouped together in Feature Packs.
Tool means the tool developed in accordance with Section 35A-15-303.
Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.
Core Network means the transport infrastructure identified in accordance with Chapter III of Regulation (EU) No 1315/2013;
