Cumulative Hours Flown definition
Cumulative Hours Flown means the number of hours flown on the applicable Aircraft since its Delivery Date, and “Cumulative Hours Cap” means the product of (i) the number of years (or fraction thereof), calculated on the basis of a year of 360 days consisting of twelve 30 day months, since the Delivery Date for the applicable Aircraft multiplied by (ii) 1,200.
Cumulative Hours Flown has the meaning set forth in the definition of “Supplemental Principal Amount”.
