Cumulative Loss Percentages definition

Cumulative Loss Percentages. With respect to any Distribution Date, the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the aggregate amount of Realized Losses incurred from the Cut-off Date to the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the Cut-off Date.
