Cumulative Revenue Target definition
Cumulative Revenue Target means in relation to an Earn-Out Year, the figure set out against the relevant Earn-Out Year in row 2 of the table set out in paragraph 1.1 of Part B of this Schedule 10;
Cumulative Revenue Target for a given period shall be as set forth in Exhibit A of this Agreement, subject to the provisions of Section 4.5.
Cumulative Revenue Target means the target related to the revenues of the relevant Grantee's Subsidiary, as reflected in the Subsidiary's income statement in respect of the 2022, 2023 and 2024 Fiscal Years, on a cumulative basis.
