Curbside delivery definition

Curbside delivery means deliveries made to a clearly designated location that is adjacent to the licensed premises of the off-premises retailer, on-premises retailer, or manufacturer holding an on-site sales and consumption permit, including the parking lot or within 200 feet of the licensed premises.
