Cure Default definition

Cure Default shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.5(c) hereof.

Examples of Cure Default in a sentence

  • In the event Borrower fails to give such Notice of Occurrence within such three (3) day period, Agent and Banks shall not be required to give Notice to Cure Default and may immediately proceed with all available remedies.
