Cure Option Notice. As defined in Section 3.09(i).
Cure Option Notice shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 10(a).

In the event that Junior Participant has delivered a Cure Election Notice, the default must be cured by Junior Participant within, in the case of a monetary default, five (5) Business Days of receipt of such Cure Option Notice and, in the case of a non-monetary default, thirty (30) days of receipt of such Cure Option Notice (such period, the "Cure Period").
