Cure Threshold definition

Cure Threshold means, on any date of determination, (a) the sum, determined with respect to all Transactions, of the products of (i) the Independent Amount Percentage with respect to such Transaction multiplied by (ii) the Notional Amount with respect to such Transaction on such date of determination divided by (b) the Portfolio Notional Amount on such date of determination.
Cure Threshold means, on any date of determination occurring from and including the Effective Date, a percentage equal to (a) the aggregate of all Independent Amounts under this Confirmation over (b) the Portfolio Notional Amount.
Cure Threshold means (a) with respect to the first Valuation Date (if any) on which the Net Collateral Value Percentage is less than the Termination Threshold and for the period thereafter until the Net Collateral Value Percentage is at least equal to 20%, but only if the Diversity Score at the end of such period is greater than or equal to 15, 20% and (b) otherwise, 25%.

  • Purchaser, in its sole discretion, shall have the right to elect to accept the escrow and close, or to remove the Asset Group from the Assets in each case where the reasonably estimated cure costs exceed the Environmental Cure Threshold for such Asset Group, even where Seller is willing to escrow the entire reasonably estimated costs of effecting the cure.
