Currency Linked Investment definition

Currency Linked Investment means a currency linked investment in which a placement of funds is accepted in one currency, the Base Currency, and which may be repayable in another currency, the Alternate Currency.
Currency Linked Investment or “CLI” means a currency linked investment of a type which the Bank may, from time to time, make available subject to these WMA Terms and Conditions.
Currency Linked Investment or “CLI” means a currency linked investment of a type which DBS may, from time to time, make available in accordance with Section E;

  • A Currency Linked Investment involves a currency option which confers on us, as the deposit-taking institution, the right to repay the principal amount and interest accrued thereon on the CLI Maturity Date in either the Base Currency or the Alternate Currency.

  • Quoted Investment means any Investment which is quoted or listed or in respect of which permission to deal is effective on any Recognised Stock Exchange.

  • Recognised Investment Exchange means a recognised investment exchange as defined by section 285 of the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000;

  • Liquidity Account Investments means Deposit Securities or any other security or investment owned by the Fund that is rated not less than A3 by Moody’s, A- by Standard & Poor’s, A- by Fitch or an equivalent rating by any other NRSRO (or any such rating’s future equivalent).

  • Eligible Investment means any investment that at the time of its acquisition is one or more of the following:

  • Money Market Fund means a mutual fund that invests its assets in accordance with section 2.18;

  • Principal Accumulation Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Accumulation Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.
