Current Contractor definition

Current Contractor means [insert name of current contractor];
Current Contractor means a provider of services similar to any part of the Services immediately before the Contract Commencement Date or the Maintenance Commencement Date;
Current Contractor means any provider of any or all of the Services prior to the Services Commencement Date.
