  • References herein to the "Funding 2 Share" shall, from (and including) the Funding 2 Programme Date to (but excluding) the first Closing Date in relation to the issue of Notes by a Funding 2 Issuer, mean the Initial Funding 2 Share and thereafter shall mean the Current Funding 2 Share.
