Current Government Contract Bids definition

Current Government Contract Bids means all quotations, bids and proposals for awards of new Government Contracts made by the Company or any Company Subsidiary for which no award has been made and for which the Company believes there is a reasonable prospect that such an award to the Company or a Company Subsidiary may yet be made.

  • Each representation and/or certification made by Company that it was a small business concern and/or was qualified for other preferential status in each of such Current Government Contracts or Current Government Contract Bids was current and accurate as of its effective date.

  • To the Knowledge of the Company, except as set forth in Schedule 3.22(d), no Current Government Contract of the Company under which the payments to the Company exceed or are reasonably expected to exceed Five Hundred Thousand dollars ($500,000) or none of the Current Government Contract Bids were solicited and awarded based on the Company’s small business status, small disadvantaged business status, protégé status, or other preferential status.

  • Government Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 3.09(a)(viii).

  • Government Contract means any Contract between, on the one hand, the Company or any of the Subsidiaries and, on the other hand: (i) the United States government or any other Governmental Authority, (ii) any prime contractor to the United States government or any other Governmental Authority or (iii) any subcontractor with respect to any Contract described in clauses (i) or (ii).

  • Government Bid means any quotation, bid or proposal submitted to any Governmental Body or any proposed prime contractor or higher-tier subcontractor of any Governmental Body.

  • Government Subcontract means a Contract that is a subcontract between the Company, any of its Subsidiaries or any of their respective Affiliates on the one hand, and any third party on the other hand, relating to a Contract between such third party and (i) any Governmental Authority or (ii) another party where the ultimate contracting party is a Governmental Authority. Government Subcontract includes all bids and proposals submitted to any party that may result in the award of a Government Subcontract.

  • Covered Government support contractor means a contractor (other than a litigation support contractor covered by 252.204-7014) under a contract, the primary purpose of which is to furnish independent and impartial advice or technical assistance directly to the Government in support of the Government’s management and oversight of a program or effort (rather than to directly furnish an end item or service to accomplish a program or effort), provided that the contractor—

  • Relevant Governmental Body means the Federal Reserve Board and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or a committee officially endorsed or convened by the Federal Reserve Board and/or the Federal Reserve Bank of New York or any successor thereto.

  • Contracting Government means any Government which has deposited an instrument of ratification or has given notice of adherence to this Convention.

  • Host Government means a Government with which UNICEF has a programme of development cooperation, and includes a Government of a country in which UNICEF provides humanitarian assistance.

  • United States Government Obligations means bonds, notes, certificates of indebtedness, treasury bills or other securities constituting direct obligations of, or obligations the principal of and interest on which are fully and unconditionally guaranteed as to full and timely payment by, the United States of America, including evidences of a direct ownership interest in future interest or principal payment on obligations issued by the United States of America (including the interest component of obligations of the Resolution Funding Corporation), or securities which represent an undivided interest in such obligations, which obligations are rated in the highest rating category by a nationally recognized rating service and such obligations are held in a custodial account for the benefit of the Issuer.

  • Reference Government Bond Dealer means each of five banks selected by the Issuer, or their affiliates, which are (A) primary government securities dealers, and their respective successors, or (B) market makers in pricing corporate bond issues;
