Current Image definition

Current Image means the internal and external physical appearance of new or remodeled Popeyes Restaurants including, without limitation, as it relates to signage, fascia, color schemes, menu boards, lighting, furniture, finishes, décor, materials, equipment and other matters generally applicable to PLK’s operations in the Territory as may be changed from time to time by PLK and/or its Affiliates in their sole discretion.

Current Image means the internal and external physical appearance of new or remodeled Burger King Restaurants including without limitation as it relates to signage, fascia, color schemes, menu boards, lighting, furniture, finishes, décor, materials, equipment and other matters generally applicable to BKE’s operations in Europe, the Middle East and Africa as may be changed from time to time by BKE, in its sole discretion.

Current Image means the internal and external physical appearance of new or remodeled Burger King Restaurants including, without limitation, as it relates to signage, fascia, color schemes, menu boards, lighting, furniture, finishes, décor, materials, equipment and other matters generally applicable to BKC’s operations in the U.S. as may be changed from time to time by BKC, in its sole discretion. As of the Commencement Date, the “Current Image” for Restaurants in the U.S. is described in further detail on BKC’s image website (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx). For purposes of this Agreement, the Burger King of Tomorrow image is considered to be the “Current Image”. For purposes of clarification, any changes made by BKC to the then Current Image shall only apply to Construction Approvals and Remodels that have not yet been submitted to BKC for review and approval.

Examples of Current Image in a sentence

• The Franchised Restaurants shall be decorated, furnished, and equipped with equipment, signage, furnishings, and fixtures which meet FRANCHISOR's specifications and the Current Image applicable at the time each Franchised Restaurant is constructed or improved.

• Without limiting the foregoing, Franchisee shall make all repairs, improvements and alterations as may be reasonably determined by FRANCHISOR to be necessary to maintain the Current Image which Franchisee was last required to meet.

• Franchisee fails to maintain the Restaurant in good condition and repair, or fails to make all improvements, alterations or remodelings as determined by Lennys to be reasonably necessary to reflect the Current Image as provided in Section 4.D.

• Franchisee has completed the improvements, alterations, remodeling or rebuilding of the interior and exterior of the Restaurant so as to reflect the then Current Image (as defined in Section 4.D) of Lennys Grill & Subs, pursuant to such plans and specifications as Lennys reasonably approves.

• The Purchased Assets located at each Subject Restaurant as of theClosing Date, taken as a whole, together with the Seller Lease and Franchise Agreement relating to such Subject Restaurant, will be sufficient to operate a turn- key Burger King Restaurant in accordance in all material respects with all applicable Burger King Restaurant standards (except with respect to Current Image, as defined in the Franchise Agreements).

Current Image means the internal and external physical appearance of new or remodeled Txx Hortons Restaurants including, without limitation, as it relates to signage, fascia, color schemes, menu boards, lighting, furniture, finishes, décor, materials, equipment and other matters generally applicable to FRANCHISOR’s operations in the country in which the Franchised Restaurant is located as may be changed from time to time by FRANCHISOR, in its sole discretion.

Current Image means the then current, BKC approved physical appearance of new Burger King Restaurants as it relates to signage, fascia, color schemes, menu boards, lighting, furniture, finishes and other non-structural matters generally.
