Current Landlord definition

Current Landlord means the then holder of the lessor's interest in the Lease. The term "person" shall mean any individual, joint venture, corporation, partnership, trust, unincorporated association or other entity. All references herein to the Lease shall mean the Lease as modified by this Agreement and any amendments or modifications to the Lease which are consented to in writing by the Lender. Any inconsistency between the Lease and the provisions of this Agreement shall be resolved in favor of this Agreement. This Tenant Certificate is being executed and delivered by Tenant to induce Lender to make the Loan which is to be secured in part by an assignment to Lender of Landlord's interest in the Lease and with the intent and understanding that the above statements will be relied upon by Lender. This Tenant Certificate shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto, their successors and permitted assigns, and any purchaser or purchasers at foreclosure of the Property, and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
