Current Lease definition

Current Lease means the lease (if any) referred to in Item 2A of Schedule 1.
Current Lease means each 1996-B Lease that is not a Charged-off Lease, a Matured Lease, a Liquidated Lease or an Additional Loss Lease.
Current Lease shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals hereto.
