Current Lease definition

Current Lease means the lease (if any) referred to in Item 2A of Schedule 1.
Current Lease means each 1996-B Lease that is not a Charged-off Lease, a Matured Lease, a Liquidated Lease or an Additional Loss Lease.
Current Lease means the Lease, dated as of 1, 2016, between the Joint Board, as lessor, and the Corporation, as lessee.

  • In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions of this Amendment and those of the Current Lease, the terms and conditions of this Amendment control.
