Equipment Lease definition

Equipment Lease means a Contract for the lease of Equipment or for the purchase of Equipment under a conditional sales or title retention agreement.

Equipment Lease means any lease or rental agreement relating to the equipment, services, vehicles, furniture or any other type of personal property of Management or Lessee together with all supplements, amendments and modifications thereto.

More Definitions of Equipment Lease

Equipment Lease means a personal property lease covering any item(s) of FF&E, including (without limitation) the Contracts identified as Equipment Leases in the Schedule of Contracts attached hereto as Exhibit A.
