Current Liquidity definition

Current Liquidity on any date, the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of cash and Cash Equivalents that would be reflected on a consolidated balance sheet of TWTC and its Subsidiaries prepared as of such date in accordance with GAAP and (ii) the aggregate amount of Available Revolving Commitments of all Lenders on such date (provided that such amount shall be deemed to be zero if a Default has occurred and is continuing on such date).
Current Liquidity means, on any date, the sum of (i) the aggregate amount of cash and Cash Equivalents that would be reflected on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries prepared as of such date in accordance with GAAP and (ii) the aggregate amount of Commitments in effect on such date (provided that such amount shall be deemed to be zero if a Default has occurred and is continuing on such date).
Current Liquidity means, at any date of determination, the amount of Permitted Investments that would be reflected on a consolidated balance sheet of the Borrower and the Subsidiaries prepared as of such date in accordance with GAAP.
