Current LTV in relation to a Loan means the Current Balance of such Loan divided by the current property value (as per latest physical valuation).

Current LTV means, in respect of all Mortgage Loans relating to a Borrower and secured on the same property, the ratio calculated in respect of an Interest Payment Date of the aggregate amount of the Principal Outstanding Balance of such Mortgage Loans on such Interest Payment Date to the valuation of the relevant property as at the date on which such Mortgage Loans were originated, provided that the Current LTV as at the Closing Date is calculated as the ratio of the aggregate amount of the Principal Outstanding Balance of such Mortgage Loans on the Collateral Determination Date to the valuation of the relevant property as at the date on which such Mortgage Loans were originated.

Examples of Current LTV in a sentence

• Current LTV must be 80% or less and 0 payments 30 days or more late for 24 prior months.

• Current LTV is based on the quarterly indexation of the original or renewal appraised value.

• Such coverage will be terminated only (A) with the approval of Purchaser, (B) after the Current LTV is eighty percent (80%) or less, or (C) as required by applicable law or regulation.

• Following the addition of the New Mortgage Loans to the Portfolio, the weighted average Current LTV Ratio of all Mortgage Loans in the Mortgage Portfolio will not exceed 65 per cent.
