Current Manager definition

Current Manager means Kansas Healthcare Advisors, LLC, which manages each of the Facilities pursuant to the terms of those certain Healthcare Advisory Services Agreements, each dated on or about December 1, 2004, by and between OWNERS and Current Manager.
