Examples of Current Officers in a sentence

  • Any of the Current Officers shall be, and each of them hereby is, authorized to (a) change the name of the Company, (b) substitute new agents or attorneys for service of process and (c) change the location of all necessary statutory offices, in each case, as determined by such Current Officer in his or her sole discretion.
