Current Party definition

Current Party is defined in Section 12.12.
Current Party means any of such persons;
Current Party means each person who immediately prior to the date of this Accession Deed is a party to the Principal Deed.

  • No failure or delay by any Current Party to exercise any right, power or remedy will operate as a waiver of it nor will any partial exercise preclude any further exercise of the same or of some other right to remedy.
