Current PPV Licensor Share shall be: (a) for each Current PPV Program having a Current PPV Availability Date of 30 days or more after Home Video Street Date, 50%;

Effective immediately through March 31, 2013, the Current PPV Licensor Share for all Current PPV Programs made available on the same day as their respective Home Video Street Dates shall be 60%.
From April 1, 2013 through December 31, 2016, the Current PPV Licensor Share for all Current PPV Programs made available on the same day as their respective Home Video Street Dates shall be 70%.
