Current Presentation definition

Current Presentation means the lyophilized vials, the pre-filled syringe, and/or the autoinjector containing the Current Formulation which is in accordance with approved Drug Approval Applications for the Product in the Territory.
Current Presentation means the dosage and formulation of the Product as set forth in Schedule 1.26.
Current Presentation means the dosage and formulation of the Product as set forth in S chedule 1.26.

Examples of Current Presentation in a sentence

  • SA shall have the right to continue selling the Product in such Country under the Current Presentation until depletion of its inventory.
