Current Rating definition

Current Rating. – means, at any particular time with respect to an Entity which has applied for membership as a Limited Clearing Member or which has been admitted as a Limited Clearing Member, as applicable, (i) a rating issued within the last 12 months by a Designated Rating Organization for such Entity,
Current Rating means a Debt Rating (a) with respect to S&P, any of the categories from and including BB- or higher (or equivalent successor categories), (b) with respect to ▇▇▇▇▇’▇, any of the categories from and including Ba3 or higher (or equivalent successor categories), and (c) with respect to Fitch, any of the categories from and including BB- or higher (or equivalent successor categories).
Current Rating has the meaning set forth in Section 15.2(b)(3).

Examples of Current Rating in a sentence

  • The Global Trust Manager must give 10 Business Days' notice in writing to each Current Rating Agency of any amendments to this Agreement.

  • If Party A regains the credit ratings from each Current Rating Authority in relation to the Transaction it had when it entered into the Transaction then Party B must, upon the direction of the Manager, repay to Party A the then Prepayment Balance.

  • S&P Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by S&P and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term public debt securities without third-party credit enhancement (it being understood that if the Borrower does not have any outstanding debt securities of the type described above but has an indicative rating from S&P for debt securities of such type, then such indicative rating shall be used for determining the “S&P Rating”).

  • ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ Rating means, at any time, the rating issued by ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ and then in effect with respect to the Borrower’s senior unsecured long-term debt securities without third-party credit enhancement.
