Current Schedule means the Contractor’s most up-to-date working schedule, prepared based on the Construction Schedule, indicating for a specific reporting period the actual progress of the Work and forecasting of future progress and performance to complete the Work.
For clarity, the Current Schedule shall be used for information purposes only; .4 advise the Contract Administrator of any revisions required to the Construction Schedule as the result of extensions of the Contract Time as provided in 7.CHANGES IN THE WORK and provide the Owner and Contract Administrator for approval, an updated Construction Schedule reflecting such extensions; and .5 perform the Work in accordance with the Construction Schedule including the Key Work Milestones.
The Construction Schedule (and any approved updates) shall be the benchmark against which the progress of the Work is to be measured for the purposes of the Agreement; .3 maintain a Current Schedule and update the Current Schedule every two (2) weeks, unless otherwise stipulated elsewhere in the Agreement or agreed to by the Contract Administrator, and provide the updated Current Schedule to the Owner and Contract Administrator.
Those special exceptions listed on Fidelity National Title Company Report # 25000040-SC Dated January 8, 2025, and any supplements thereto (which Title Report and Supplements are incorporated into this Agreement by this reference) numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 9 (Paid Current), Schedule B-II.
The final determination of any claim, question or problem that may arise will be governed by the Trust Agreement and the Current Schedule of Benefits which have been approved by the Board of Trustees.
