Current Security definition

Current Security shall have the meaning set forth in Appendix 1 hereto.
Current Security means: if Termination occurs during the Construction Period, the Construction Security or if Termination occurs after the Construction Period, either of the (i) Operation Security (if Handover Security not provided by Concessionaire) or (ii) the Handover Security (if provided by Concessionaire);

Examples of Current Security in a sentence

  • To the extent that the applicable Guaranty Cap is greater than the Current Security amount, but less than the Excess Market Exposure Security amount plus the Current Security amount, then the Provider may increase the corporate guaranty to the Guaranty Cap amount, and furnish a letter of credit or cash to secure the amount that the Excess Market Exposure Security amount plus the Current Security amount exceeds the Guaranty Cap amount.

  • If the Excess Market Exposure Security amount is less than zero, the Provider may request, and the T&D must return within three (3) Business Days of Provider’s request, an amount of Provider’s security equal to the absolute value of the Excess Market Exposure Security amount; provided, however, under no circumstances shall the T&D be required to return an amount of security that would result in the Current Security amount equaling less than the applicable Base Security amount.

  • Printing the Current Security Halt View Hard copies of the information contained in a Current Security Halt View request can be produced by clicking on the Print icon located in the upper right corner of the Security Scan menu band or by right clicking when the desired screen image is in view.

  • In accordance with the terms of the MPUC’s RFP and the provisions of this Agreement, Provider must provide Excess Market Exposure Security to T&D if the positive difference between (i) the replacement cost of Standard Offer Service supply and (ii) the Provider’s committed supply cost exceeds the amount of Current Security furnished by Provider.

Related to Current Security

  • Investment security means a marketable obligation in the form of a bond, note, or debenture, commonly regarded as an investment security and that is salable under ordinary circumstances with reasonable promptness at a fair value.

  • Component Security means with respect to an Index, each component security of that Index.

  • Equivalent Security means any Security issued by the same entity as the issuer of a subject Security, including options, rights, stock appreciation rights, warrants, preferred stock, restricted stock, phantom stock, bonds, and other obligations of that company or Security otherwise convertible into that Security. Options on Securities are included even if, technically, they are issued by the Options Clearing Corporation or a similar entity.

  • Parent Securities has the meaning set forth in Section 4.02(b)(ii).

  • Government Security means book-entry Treasury securities (as defined in Subpart 0 of Treasury Department Circular No. 300, 31 C.F.R. 306) and any other securities issued or guaranteed by the United States government or any agency or instrumentality of the United States government.

  • Development Security means (i) cash or (ii) a Letter of Credit in the amount set forth on the Cover Sheet.

  • Replacement Securities means securities of the same issuer, class and denomination as Loaned Securities.

  • U.S. Government Securities Business Day means any day except for (a) a Saturday, (b) a Sunday or (c) a day on which the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association recommends that the fixed income departments of its members be closed for the entire day for purposes of trading in United States government securities.

  • Money Market Security shall be deemed to include, without limitation, certain Reverse Repurchase Agreements, debt obligations issued or guaranteed as to interest and principal by the government of the United States or agencies or instrumentalities thereof, any tax, bond or revenue anticipation note issued by any state or municipal government or public authority, commercial paper, certificates of deposit and bankers' acceptances, repurchase agreements with respect to the same and bank time deposits, where the purchase and sale of such securities normally requires settlement in federal funds on the same day as such purchase or sale.

  • Relevant Security means the Stock, any other equity security of the Company or any of its subsidiaries and any security convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, any Stock or other such equity security.

  • Government Securities means direct obligations of, or obligations guaranteed by, the United States of America, and the payment for which the United States pledges its full faith and credit.

  • Investment Securities means any of the following:

  • Payment Security Mechanism shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 10.4 of this Agreement;

  • Client Securities Rules means the Securities and Futures (Client Securities) Rules (Cap 571H of the Laws of Hong Kong).

  • Treasury Security means the United States Treasury security that the Treasury Dealer determines would be appropriate to use, at the time of determination and in accordance with standard market practice, in pricing the Notes being redeemed in a tender offer based on a spread to United States Treasury yields.

  • U.S. Government Securities means direct obligations of the United States or of its agencies or instrumentalities that are entitled to the full faith and credit of the United States and that, other than United States Treasury Bills, provide for the periodic payment of interest and the full payment of principal at maturity or call for redemption.

  • Worthless security means a security whose cost of liquidation and delivery to the administrator would exceed the value of the security on the date a report is due under this chapter.

  • Long-Term U.S. Government Securities means U.S. Government Securities maturing more than one month from the applicable date of determination.

  • Foreign Government Securities means with respect to Senior Debt Securities of any series that are denominated in a Foreign Currency, non-callable (i) direct obligations of the participating member state or government that issued such Foreign Currency for the payment of which obligations its full faith and credit is pledged or (ii) obligations of a Person controlled or supervised by and acting as an agency or instrumentality of such participating member state or government, the payment of which obligations is unconditionally guaranteed as a full faith and credit obligation of such participating member state or government. For the avoidance of doubt, for all purposes hereof, euro shall be deemed to have been issued by each participating member state from time to time.

  • Book-Entry Security means any Global Securities bearing the legend specified in Section 202 evidencing all or part of a series of Securities, authenticated and delivered to the Depositary for such series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depositary or nominee.

  • Bid Security means the bid security provided by the Contractor to the Authority in accordance with the Request for Proposal, and which is to remain in force until substituted by the Performance Security;

  • Equivalent Securities with respect to a Transaction, Securities equivalent to Purchased Securities under that Transaction. If and to the extent that such Purchased Securities have been redeemed, the expression shall mean a sum of money equivalent to the proceeds of the redemption;

  • Short-Term U.S. Government Securities means U.S. Government Securities maturing within one month of the applicable date of determination.

  • Patent Security Agreement means each Patent Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit B.

  • Loaned Security means any “security” which is delivered as a Loan under a Securities Loan Agreement; provided that, if any new or different security shall be exchanged for any Loaned Security by recapitalization, merger, consolidation, or other corporate action, such new or different security shall, effective upon such exchange, be deemed to become a Loaned Security in substitution for the former Loaned Security for which such exchange was made.

  • Patent Security Agreements means the Patent Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.
