The Trust shall provide the Shareholders with a reasonably detailed explanation of the Board’s determination of Current Share Price as soon as practicable on or before any date as of which its use is required.
If GMIMCo is not satisfied with the Appraised Value used by the Board in its determination of the Current Share Price, it shall be entitled to seek a new determination of the Appraised Value pursuant to Sections 4.02 and 4.03 of the Investor Rights Agreement, and the Current Share Price will be re-calculated based on the Appraised Value so determined.
