CURRENT TARGET BONUS definition
CURRENT TARGET BONUS means the Incentive Bonus that would have been paid to the Executive for the fiscal year in which the termination of employment occurred, if the Executive's employment had not been so terminated and the Executive had earned 100% of the Incentive Bonus that he could have earned for such year.
CURRENT TARGET BONUS has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1(a) of this Agreement.
1.1 (j) "DATE OF TERMINATION" has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6 of this Agreement.

CURRENT TARGET BONUS means the Annual Bonus for the year in which the termination of the Executive's employment occurs that is equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Executive's then-current Annual Base Salary.
