Current Trading Price means, at any point in time, the arithmetic average of the VWAP for each of the twenty (20) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day immediately prior to such point in time.

Current Trading Price means the current or closing market price per share of Common Stock at any date which shall be deemed to be the average of the daily closing prices for 10 consecutive trading days commencing two trading days before the date of such computation. The closing price for each day shall be the last sale price for such day, as reported in the principal consolidated transaction reporting system with respect to securities listed or admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") or if the Common Stock is not listed on the NYSE, then on the principal United States national securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted.   • Parent Trading Price means the volume weighted average closing sale price of one (1) share of Parent Common Stock as reported on NYSE for the ten (10) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day immediately preceding the Acceptance Time (as adjusted as appropriate to reflect any stock splits, stock dividends, combinations, reorganizations, reclassifications or similar events).

  • Closing Price has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 15.1(a).

(or a similar organization or agency succeeding to its functions of reporting prices), the most recent bid price per share of the Common Stock so reported, or (d) in all other cases, the fair market value of a share of Common Stock as determined by an independent appraiser selected in good faith by the Purchasers of a majority in interest of the Securities then outstanding and reasonably acceptable to the Company, the fees and expenses of which shall be paid by the Company.
