Current Trading Price definition

Current Trading Price shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.12(b).
Current Trading Price means, with respect to any shares of Equity Interests, any sale price (regular way) quoted on the New York Stock Exchange, or any other national securities exchange or quotation system on which such Equity Interests are listed or quoted, on the applicable date of purchase, repurchase or redemption.
Current Trading Price means the average trading price of the Common Shares on a recognized public stock exchange for the preceding 20 business days;

  • On the first anniversary following the Public Listing Date (the “Adjustment Date”), if all or any portion of the Warrants remain unexercised and the average closing bid price of the Common Shares for the 10 Trading Days following the Adjustment Date (the “Current Trading Price”) is less than 90% of the then-current exercise price of the Warrants, the exercise price of such remaining Warrants shall adjust to 105% of the Current Trading Price.

More Definitions of Current Trading Price

Current Trading Price means, at any point in time, the arithmetic average of the VWAP for each of the twenty (20) consecutive trading days ending on the trading day immediately prior to such point in time.
Current Trading Price means the current or closing market price per share of Common Stock at any date which shall be deemed to be the average of the daily closing prices for 10 consecutive trading days commencing two trading days before the date of such computation. The closing price for each day shall be the last sale price for such day, as reported in the principal consolidated transaction reporting system with respect to securities listed or admitted to trading on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") or if the Common Stock is not listed on the NYSE, then on the principal United States national securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted. If the Common Stock is not listed or quoted on any United States national securities exchange, then the current or closing market price per share of Common Stock shall be determined by the Board of Directors of the Company in good faith.
