Current VOD License Period definition

Current VOD License Period means, for an Included Program, a period commencing on such Included Program’s Current VOD Availability Date and ending on a date established by Licensor in its discretion; provided, however, that such period shall end no earlier than the date 60 days after the Current VOD Availability Date; provided further that such Current VOD License Period shall in no event end earlier than the latest expiring Pay-Per-View and/or Video-On-Demand license period afforded to any Other Provider.

  • Licensor shall provide Licensee with a written notice setting forth the Current VOD Availability Date, the Current VOD License Period, the Initial U.S. Theatrical Release Date and the Home Video Street Date for each Current VOD Program no later than 90 days prior to such Current VOD Program’s Current VOD Availability Date; provided that incidental failures to meet such timing shall not be a breach of this Agreement.

  • The right so to distribute and exhibit each Current VOD Program during its Current VOD License Period in the medium of Video-On-Demand television delivered by means of: (a) Push Download to Target Devices or (b) Closed IP to Target Devices, subject to the VOD Restrictions.
