Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:
Ethics Committee means an independent body established in a Member State in accordance with the law of that Member State and empowered to give opinions for the purposes of this Regulation, taking into account the views of laypersons, in particular patients or patients' organisations;
Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.
Research Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Technical Committee means the body established in accordance with article VII;
Screening Committee means the State level Screening Committee constituted in terms of sub-rule (2) of rule 123 of these rules.
Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.
Campaign committee means the committee designated by a candidate to receive all contributions
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.
JSC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
JCC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Joint Commercialization Committee or “JCC” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
P&T committee means a committee of the hospital composed of physicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals that evaluates the clinical use of drugs within the hospital, develops policies for managing drug use and administration in the hospital, and manages the hospital drug formulary system. “Physician” means a person who is currently licensed in Iowa to practice medicine and surgery, osteopathic medicine and surgery, or osteopathy. A physician who executes a written protocol with an authorized pharmacist shall supervise the pharmacist’s activities involved in the overall management of patients receiving medications or disease management services under the protocol. Selection Committee means a committee of individual(s) who evaluate and rank proposals; conduct negotiations; and makes a contract award recommendation to the District and its respective Committees.
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
Project Steering Committee means the committee referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.
JRC has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.1.
JDC has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Board Committee means those individual Directors who have been appointed by the Board of Directors with the powers and responsibilities specified in Article V and to which has been delegated any fiduciary responsibilities of the Board of Directors with respect to the Plan.
Governance Committee means the Governance Committee of the Board.
Executive Committee means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the Commission.
Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;
Procurement Committee means a Committee constituted by the Employer to perform the functions as such under the terms and conditions of Contract.
Oversight Committee means the committee established to monitor the overall implementation of the Canada-Ontario-AMO-Toronto Agreement.
