Cushman & Wakefield means Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. or its subsidiary that issued the Report. "Appraiser(s)" means the employee(s) of Cushman & Wakefield who prepared and signed the Report. The Report has been made subject to the following assumptions and limiting conditions:
Cushman & Wakefield means Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services ULC.
Cushman & Wakefield means Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands B.V., the appraiser that prepared the Appraisal for the properties comprising the Acquisition Properties.
