Custodial Certification definition

Custodial Certification. As defined in Section 2.01.
Custodial Certification shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4(a) of the Custodial Agreement.
Custodial Certification means the trust receipt (which shall be electronically transmitted) in the form annexed as Annex 2 to the Custodial Agreement, duly completed and signed by the Custodian, including the applicable Eligible Loan Schedule and Exception Report referenced in the Custodial Agreement.
