Custodial Maintenance definition

Custodial Maintenance means the maintenance required to maintain the cleanliness, health, safety and appearance of the Light Rail Transit Vehicles.
Custodial Maintenance means any activities to maintain the appearance of the Infrastructure.
Custodial Maintenance means any activities to maintain the appearance of the Infrastructure in accordance with Section 1-4.5.C.11 of Schedule 5 [D&C Performance Requirements].

Examples of Custodial Maintenance in a sentence

  • Services incident to hospitalization or confinement in a health facility primarily for Custodial, Maintenance, or Domiciliary Care; rest; or to control or change a patient's environment.

  • Beginning with the 2011 – 2012 fiscal year, Custodial, Maintenance, Grounds, and Carpentry personnel will be paid on the basis of the actual number of work days in the year.

  • The District will replace or repair any Custodial, Maintenance or Grounds employee's equipment or tools which have been damaged, stolen, inoperable or lost in the performance of his/her job.

  • Agenda items will be presented by association and/or Director responsible for Custodial, Maintenance, Grounds, and Carpentry three days prior to the meetings.

  • In case the building administrator and designee are not available to grant approval for the above, the Director of Custodial, Maintenance, Grounds, and Carpentry or designee may approve the reasonable access request.

  • Three officers/or designees of the association shall meet with the Director responsible for Custodial, Maintenance, Grounds, and Carpentry and appropriate management personnel on subjects of general concern, on an as-needed basis.

  • When any of the above holidays fall on a Saturday or Sunday, an employee will be given the opportunity to take said holiday on a Friday or Monday, the day to be decided by the director responsible for Custodial, Maintenance and Grounds.

Related to Custodial Maintenance

  • Emergency Maintenance means any period of maintenance for which, due to reasons beyond its reasonable control, Sprint Convergence is unable to provide prior notice of.

  • Operation and Maintenance or “O&M” shall mean all activities required to operate, maintain, and monitor the effectiveness of the RA as specified in the SOW or any EPA-approved O&M Plan.

  • Industrial maintenance coating means a high performance architectural coating, including primers, sealers, undercoaters, intermediate coats, and topcoats formulated for application to substrates, including floors, exposed to one or more of the following extreme environmental conditions listed below and labeled “For industrial use only;” “For professional use only;” “Not for residential use;” or “Not intended for residential use.”

  • Maintenance Adder means an adder that may be included to account for variable operation and maintenance expenses in a Market Seller’s Fuel Cost Policy.   • Retail Service and Maintenance Sector Means the service and maintenance of retail facilities which includes financial institutions, retail businesses, schools and hospitals but does not include commercial premises as defined.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Maintenance Manual shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 10.7; “Maintenance Programme” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.3; “Maintenance Period” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 14.1; “Maintenance Requirements” shall have the meaning set forth in Clause14.2;

While “maintenance” includes painting and decorating and is covered under the law, it does not include work such as routine landscape maintenance or janitorial services.

  • Maintenance Window means the weekly maintenance windows for the Cloud Service identified in xxxxx://xxxxxxx.xxx.xxx/maintenance-windows. SAP may update the Maintenance Window from time to time in accordance with the Agreement.

  • Maintenance Outage means a time period during which Seller plans to reduce the Power Output of the Power Product, in full or in part, in order to facilitate maintenance work on the Generating Facility, other than a Major Overhaul.

  • Maintenance Test means the maintenance test set out in Clause 12.1 (Maintenance Test).

  • Operations and maintenance means a project delivery method in which the District enters into a single contract for the routine operation, routine repair, and routine maintenance of an infrastructure facility.

  • Scheduled Maintenance means any adjustment, repair, removal, disassembly, cleaning, or replacement of components or systems required by the manufacturer which is performed on a periodic basis to prevent part failure or equipment or engine malfunction, or anticipated as necessary to correct an overt indication of malfunction or failure for which periodic maintenance is not appropriate.

  • Maintenance and Support Services means the services provided by Contractor under Appendix F.

  • Support and Maintenance Services means the support and maintenance services described in Section 1 of these Support Terms.
