Custodial Report definition

Custodial Report means a report prepared by the Custodian, which shall be in a form acceptable to the Company, detailing, with respect to any Loan that has been released by the Custodian, the following: (i) the borrower name and any identification number assigned to the Loan, (ii) the location to which the Custodial Documents with respect to such Loan were delivered by the Custodian, and (iii) the date on which such Custodial Documents were released by the Custodian.
Custodial Report means, with respect to any CRE Finance Asset (or pool or portfolio of CRE Finance Assets) financed by or subject to a Repurchase Facility, a “custodial report” or similar report from the applicable Repurchase Facility Custodian, summarizing (i) the documents constituting the “mortgage file”, “purchased assets file” or similar required documentation that have been delivered by or on behalf of the Subsidiary party to such Repurchase Facility to evidence such CRE Finance Asset(s) and (ii) any exceptions to the requirements contained in such Repurchase Facility to deliver such documentation.

  • The Seller shall, at its own expense, have delivered the related Receivable Files to the Custodian and the Custodian shall have delivered a Master Custodial Report and a Master Exception Report to the Purchaser.
