Custodial State refers to the State in which a person under a warrant of arrest issued by the ICC is detained while awaiting transfer to the seat of the ICC;
Examples of Custodial State in a sentence
Such information shall enable the ICRC to determine whether to approach the authorities in the Custodial State with a view to obtaining permission to visit the persons being held and to assess their conditions of detention and treatment.
The information provided by the ICC should also include the detention in a Custodial State.
