Custodian Assets definition

Custodian Assets means the Entrusted Assets under the custody of the Custodian in accordance with relevant custodian agreement.

  • The Fund shall deliver to the Custodian, or shall cause to be delivered to the Custodian, Assets during the term of this Agreement.
