Custodian Rights definition

Custodian Rights means all of the Issuer’s rights against the Custodian, to the extent that they relate to the Assets and any sums derived from them.

Custodian Rights means all of the Issuer’s rights against the Custodian, to the extent that they relate to the Assets (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Purchased Securities, Equivalent Securities, Margin Securities or Equivalent Margin Securities transferred to the Issuer pursuant to the Repo Agreement) and any sums derived from them.”
