Custodian tenant definition

Custodian tenant means any person, 18 years or older, normally residing within the Christian Malford Parish Council boundary who has assumed a fixed term temporary tenancy of no more than 2 years duration and which comprises not more than 50% of a vacant allotment plot.

  • Custodian bank means as defined in section 515.35.

  • Custodian Agreement means any Custodian Agreement by and between the Custodian and the Fund.

  • Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.

  • Custodian Account means an account subject to a Custodian Agreement.

  • Custodian means any receiver, trustee, assignee, liquidator or similar official under any Bankruptcy Law.
